London based Mark Jakeman's career has covered senior management roles in sales, service and marketing. He has led large and small teams in operational and project based environments. His twin passions are business excellence and customer service and he has an extensive track record of success in both areas. Mark graduated with an honours degree in politics from the City of Birmingham Polytechnic in 1977. He is a qualified vocational assessor in customer service, and has published a book and many articles on customer service and its role in business success.He joined the Market House Group initially to set up the Kendlebell virtual office organisation and now concentrates on supporting Gerry Murphy in his role as CEO of Market House Management Services. Mark's mantains a home in Churchtown. Mark is a former general manager in British Telecom.

Mary Morrissey joined the Market House Group as Financial Controller in September 2009. She is an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork. She has broad experience of financial and taxation planning covering both corporate and individual clients. During her career she has worked for Patrick McNamara & Associates in Cork and as an assistant manager with Grant Thornton in Limerick where her responsibilities included large property transactions, corporate restructuring and personal and estate planning projects for high net worth individuals. From 1st June 2010 Mary will be working with Great Gas Petroleum (Ireland) Ltd and provided services on an as required basis to Market House Management Services.
